What are the Benefits of Membership?

There are plenty of benefits to joining Wheel Estates Tenants Association, particularly compared to living in a commercially owned community. Put yourself on a path toward financial security and stability, because here at Wheel Estates:

WE the ROC members- own the land beneath our community.
WE vote on the budget and set the site fees. There is no profit margin in our rent.
WE approve community rules and park improvements.
WE are secure – there’s no commercial owner who can decide to close the community.

Included with the rent are water, trash, real estate taxes and sewer fees!

Wheel Estates members are also invited to join myROCUSA.org, a site that offers training and education, access to the Management Guide to Resident-Owned Communities, a place to collaborate with peers in resident-owned communities across the country and, a newly launched group purchasing component called ROC Mall – which provides discounts on an array of goods and services on both the homeowner and community level!
