Who Manages the Community?
- The members elect a board of directors which oversees the Operations Manager. The “Op’s Manger” makes the day-to-day decisions and answers to the Board. This way decisions may be made efficiently and in the best interest of the group.
- Wheel Estates hires out certain management tasks (including rent collection, bill paying, snow plowing, well testing, etc.) and makes sure those tasks are done by the property management company.
- Employees work under the direction of the Property Management Company.
